Since starting as a locksmith in 2008, I've developed my skills as a locksmith, and business leader in a variety of contexts including workshop, on-road, and sales roles. I understand that to give great service, a trades-person needs to treat every job with the utmost care and importance - every job is a reflection on my proficiency and I aim for near perfection.

My commitment to accountability means I find it unacceptable to hack in a lock, arrive late, or rip off unsuspecting customers. I'd rather take a little longer getting something right, than to waste your time by having to come back in a few months to repair a mistake. I'd rather a happy customer understanding the need to replace a broken lock at an extra cost rather than hope for the best with a second rate repair.
